I’m Amar Adam, a mindset coach dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential. With over a decade of experience in people management, employee relations, and well-being support, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals from all walks of life through moments of uncertainty, career transitions, and personal growth.
My background in psychology, counselling, and leadership coaching has shaped my compassionate and supportive approach. Having spent 10 years leading and mentoring teams, I understand the complexities of human behaviour, motivation, and change. I’ve seen firsthand how the right mindset can turn obstacles into opportunities, and I’m passionate about helping others develop the confidence and clarity they need to move forward.

In the Mindset and Career Coaching sessions, We work closely with clients to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Our approach is personalised and holistic, focusing on understanding the client's unique goals and aspirations. We provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and develop actionable strategies. Together, we set realistic goals, build confidence, and work on overcoming obstacles, ensuring clients feel empowered to make positive life changes.
Yoga & Meditation
In the yoga and meditation sessions, We guide clients through the dynamic and structured practice centred around Ashtanga Yoga. Each session is tailored to individual abilities and goals, emphasising breath control, posture alignment, and mindful movement. We create a supportive and calming environment where clients can deepen their physical practice and enhance their mental well-being. Through guided meditation, We help clients cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and improve overall mindfulness. We aim to support each client's journey towards balance, strength, and inner tranquillity.
Ayurveda Health
As an Ayurveda health practitioner, I work with clients to promote holistic well-being through personalized consultations. By understanding each client’s unique constitution and health concerns, I create tailored wellness plans that encompass diet, lifestyle, herbal remedies, and mindfulness practices. My approach is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, focusing on restoring balance and harmony within the body and mind. I provide ongoing support and education, empowering clients to make informed choices that enhance their overall health and vitality.
